Email access alone cannot authorize an Authenticator reset. If the protected recovery service is unavailable, contact a human support agent for manual escalation.
Enter your account email and current password only in the secure FALKR form. Keep that page open until you finish: its access stays only in that page and ends if you refresh or close it. Note the request reference it shows; a human agent uses it to help you safely. The review requires an identity record verified before the request, a fresh check that you are the real person, and independent account ownership evidence from a previously established non-email method. A verifier and two separate approvers review the evidence. Insufficient or unsafe evidence is refused and escalated; support chat and the assistant cannot reset your Authenticator.
During sensitive review, withdrawals and security changes are protected. Recovery does not approve withdrawal KYC or release funds. Position close and reduction safety paths remain available through valid authenticated sessions. Existing balances and financial records are preserved. Protection continues after recovery until the separate account review and any approved cooldown are complete.
After approval, check the status on the same page, confirm your password in the secure form, add your new Authenticator and enter its current 6-digit code. Save the 10 new recovery codes offline; they are shown once. Old sessions and recovery credentials are revoked. Then sign in with your password and new Authenticator, use a unique password and secure your email account. Keep identity documents, passwords, Authenticator keys, recovery codes and private keys out of support chat, and never transfer funds to prove ownership.
