Positions open and close at the financial mark, the price FALKR uses for execution, which is built from two independent index prices. If those prices are stale or too far apart, opening and closing wait until a reliable price returns. Chart prices and the market bar are reference data, not execution quotes.
To close, open the position card, choose 25%, 50% or 100% and select Close position. A trading fee is charged on the position's value when you open and when you close; the ticket shows it before you confirm, and there are no funding payments. Your margin share plus the realized profit or loss, minus the fee, returns to the available balance of your Futures account.
Closing and protecting existing positions stays possible even while opening new Futures positions is paused. If an action fails, you see The action was not confirmed: refresh and check your inputs; retrying the unchanged action uses the same request.
