If the account can be recovered, we email you a one-time link that expires after 15 minutes.
Opening the link alone changes nothing: choose your new password on the page it opens. After the change, all your sessions are signed out and we email you a confirmation. Resetting your password does not turn off two-factor authentication.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support@falkrmarkets.com. Support will never ask you for your password, one-time codes, recovery codes or recovery link.
